What do I do when I get sick? First of all, please understand that I have studied wellness for more than thirty years. With my super high cholesterol, it was a must. When I feel something coming on, cold, flu, etc., I use a combination of things. First be in tune with your body, know the signs that say you starting to get sick. If you wait too long and it actually gets to you, it is much more difficult to do something about it. Not too long ago my upper back, shoulders and neck started to hurt. I am aware that this is a sign of a virus attacking me. The more severe I would hurt, the more serious and long lasting the cold would be. I was fully aware that this would be one of those three week battles. Nights on the couch, sitting up blowing my nose all the time, sinuses hurting, muscles aching, etc.. It is important to note that I have never completely avoided this kind of cold when the pain and warning signs were so great. Here is what I did: 1. I drank 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 gallons of fresh Kangen water. Straight from the machine, as often as possible. It goes down easier right from the machine. NOTE: True Kangen Water penetrates the cells where all other waters do not. It delivers strong anti-oxidants, micro-clustering and a high pH factor. I believe the simple demonstration of showing how oil emulsifies in11.5 Kangen water shows that the water molecules are smaller in clusters. This simply means that it will indeed penetrate your cells and flush out toxins and fat where all other waters will not. 2. I chopped fresh garlic and swished it down with either yogurt or applesauce. It never touches my teeth and therefore does not stay on my breath. You may want a piece of toast on your stomach first as garlic can be strong on your stomach. I did this about four times a day. NOTE: Fresh garlic is a very strong anti-oxidant. 3. I took about three or four capsules of Transfer Factor Plus every day. NOTE: Transfer Factor Plus boosts your Killer T Cells and your immune system 437%. Nothing else comes close. 4. The other thing we should all do is take a good vitamin and mineral supplement. The best one I know of is from Pharminex and is called Vita-Pak. I am sure there are other good ones out there as well. The liquid or crystals are most effective. NOTE: When taking any time-released medication or vitamins, use neutral water (7.0 pH). Taking time-released medicine with stronger pH Kangen water will disperse the medicine into your cells too fast. Thirty minutes after taking the medication you can start back on the higher pH Kangen water. EATING WELL is also a good idea. See the Acid/Alkaline charts. In a few days I was over the problem. I only got a slight runny noise, nothing else. This was a big break through and a great sign for the future. As my brother, Joe, said: "You only catch a cold once." So watch out and be prepared as there are thousands of cold strains out there.
Q. So what if I contracted cancer, diabetes, or any other major disease? A. I would do the same regiment. However, I would bring up the amount of everything on the list, especially Transfer Factor Plus, up to twelve caps per day.
